Episode 16 | Spring Into Your Strengths
Here in the United States, spring is in the air. I’m starting to see a bit of rebirth in nature, and it got me thinking about what each of our individual strengths are. This then reminded that I took a strengths assessment about a year ago and now I want to share the benefits of understanding and springing into your own strengths.
In this episode, I share what a strengths assessment can tell you about yourself, why springtime is perfect for reassessing our strengths, my top five strengths, my least dominant traits and why I found value in knowing what they are, how know your strengths is the first step towards personal internal acceptance, and more.
